Kelly Davis



Kelly joined the Wackrow Williams & Davies team in March 2020.

Kelly studied a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Auckland, graduating in 2017, and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in Whāngarei January 2018.

Kelly has interest in Māori legal issues and general practice areas and has worked in a wide range of Waitangi Tribunal Inquiries including the Health, Housing, Mana Wahine and Marine and Coastal Area Act Kaupapa Inquiries and the Porirua ki Manawatu District Inquiry.


She is currently involved in the Wai 45 Renewed Muriwhenua Inquiry, the Wai 2522 Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement Inquiry, and the Wai 2750 Housing Policy and Services Inquiry.

Kelly is also expanding her expertise in property conveyancing, wills, trusts and estates matters.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys running, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family in the winter-less Far North.
